Why I Teach Yoga…

I teach yoga because it helped me make sense of my life. It taught me to breathe properly, to move mindfully and to be more present. To be able to share that with others is a joy and a privilege.

Yoga knows no boundaries, passes no judgement and makes no distinctions.

Any body can do yoga.

Every body can do yoga.
