One to One Yoga
Maybe you’re a beginner wanting to kick start a brand new practice. Or perhaps you’re a more established yogi with a specific goal in mind. Or you may have a particular physical or emotional reason to practice yoga at your own pace within a private setting. Whatever your reason, One-to-One Yoga sessions are a fantastic way to explore yoga with the undivided attention of a fully qualified instructor.
Sessions are tailored to your specific needs and we move at a pace that suits you. You might want to focus on breath work, or meditation, or balance. You might want to repeat the same sequence multiple times to track any changes. Or you might prefer to mix things up and try something different every week. However you begin, your needs will no doubt change over time and I always encourage regular check-ins to make sure we’re still working in a way that benefits you.
Sessions are conducted online via Zoom and will be recorded for you to access for the 7 days after your class.
